The Dark Alcove: Orders, Payment & Shipping Policy

All prices include shipping and handling. Payment may be made via PayPal "Buy Now" or by personal checks and money orders. We do not except third party, federal or payroll checks. Orders paid by check and money order will not be processed until payment has been authenticated and processed. This may take up to three business days. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please send a note of which item and in what quantity your order consists along with payment. Make all money orders and checks payable to:

While the name and business are owned by Bryan K. Menscer, we do not yet defer payment to the business account, as we are still in our infancy. As we grow, many technical and necessary changes will take place. Until such time, allow us to grow with you.

No matter what is ordered, all orders are delivered with confirmation of insurance and/or delivery confirmation via the USPS. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery. In some case, four to five weeks may be required if products are delayed due to backorder.

All orders outside of the USA are shipped with USPS insurance and are subject to delay in USPS and Local Customs Dpts. and may be delayed for over 8 weeks. This is of no fault to The Dark Alcove, but is rather a matter of local and native law, service and local Country considered.
